Based at our headquarters in Caston, Norfolk, our weekly children’s classes are held for Infants, Juniors and Teenagers on Monday, Friday and Saturday mornings inside our purpose built Japanese Dojo.

My son attended today for his trial session they were so welcoming and really made him feel welcome as he was very nervous as he's only 4 he 100% wants to go again I would definitely recommend them.

I have been involved with this club for a long time. Ishin Ryu Ju-jitsu been running for 35yrs most clubs don’t reach that at all. Everyone made to feel welcome big recommendation for all to start their martial arts journey. My experience with Ishin Ryu has been phenomenal. From the moment I stepped onto the mat, I felt welcomed and challenged in equal measure. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also possess a rare ability to break down complex techniques into manageable steps, making the learning process both effective and enjoyable. It's easily the best martial arts classes I've ever taken.

The supportive atmosphere, combined with the rigorous training, has truly transformed my understanding and appreciation of martial arts. I'd strongly encourage anyone interested, regardless of their experience level, to give Ishin Ryu a try. You won't just learn self-defense; you'll gain confidence, discipline, and a sense of community.

My son has loved his Ju Jitsu journey with Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu . He has grown in confidence and thoroughly enjoys his lessons. All of his instructors are patient and highly skilled, they make the lessons focused, engaging and fun. I cannot speak highly enough of Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu and would definitely recommend them.

I've been taking my son here for almost 6 months and the difference in his physical and mental well being has been phenomenal. Once a shy and reserved kid now has more confidence and energy. All the people involved are very welcoming and kind. The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate which is reflected in the skills taught, Zak in particular is a real credit to the club and has a natural talent teaching youngsters.
